Again, just wanted to say thanks for the encouraging words. I’ve personally been Good Just A Girl Who Loves Baby Yoda Wear Hat Chicago Cubs Shirts seeing a counselor since I was 18. Just recently I felt the stress was too high with corona and all the bull so I got back in touch with my go-to guy over zoom. My recommendation: skip the meds. Mental health is a relatively new field of study and the prescriptions feel like they are throwing darts. Again, this is my personal experience so make your own decisions. However, I’d strongly advise against drugs. Check out a book called “the depression cure” and while it didn’t fix me it helped.

I usually wear a medium in unisex t shirts and I know to get an XL in women’s fitting clothes. The XL fit perfectly so I’d say get a size up or two since it’s a little form fitting. Depends on how tight you like your shirts!
