It’s really gonna depend on your therapist, but I get where you’re coming from. I was seeing somebody for about a year before lockdowns started so the transition to remote was fairly smooth and great. But IDK if I’ll get as much out of a group in Awesome Chilling With My Snowmies Christmas T-Shirts a zoom call. I did a couple of consults but never followed up because it didn’t seem worth it. I am currently using this for a phobia. There are some logistical hurdles role-playing that we are working around but I’m so happy to get help and I’m seeing progress. I highly recommend getting help, even in a less than ideal format. Before the pandemic, I considered our sessions as ‘maintenance’ to lessen flares of anxiety, PTSD, and depression. I’ve had a rough ride over the past few months in the anxiety department. But it has been manageable – in large part because of access to a skillful, well-matched therapist.

Shirts are great material and look exactly like the picture….. women my wife wears a medium shirt but ordered a large and it was still too small. Men I wear a large shirt and ordered a large and was too small. My wife needed to go up 2 sizes and I needed to go up one.

Both the King and Queen are the soft stretchy material that you typically expect in just the women’s fit so if you are a larger person I would suggest getting a size bigger.We loved these shirts though…lots of compliments and made people sick with our in loveness! lol

Very small. I bought them for my brother and new SIL. I bought a 2xl mens and a XL womens hoping they would be a little big incase they shrunk when washed. They gave them back due to the shirts being tooo small! It hit my brothers belly.

Purchased both in XL. The material is fitted polyester and cotton. It’s not like regular cotton t-shirt. I normally wear a large in my blouses. XL fit well wasn’t too tight. Length hit below hips which i like so im not flashing muffin top to anyone :) Husband normally wears large regular t-shirts XL fit good for him.

These T-shirts are great! They are exactly as pictured. The material almost feels like spandex, which is a little, er, different, however it is mostly made of cotton. For the men’s shirt, I would recommend maybe ordering a size up. The torso of the shirt is long, however those with large arms and shoulders may find it fits tight up top. I have yet to see how these shirts handle a wash, but so far I am so pleased with them. 5 stars!

I loved both of these shirts when they arrived. After the first wash the design on the men’s shirt completely washed off. The women”s shirt is great and the design is still perfect but we ordered to wear these shirts together and was never able to do that. So for me it was a waste of money and very disappointing.
