I also do basic dumbbell work. I really want to start lifting at the gym!! If anyone has advice on how to get started I would so appreciate it. There’s a lot of YouTubers I watch for nutritional advice and workouts. Honestly, it was more for the windmills because I like them all moving in unison but then I figured “fuck it why not go all out with panels too”.

The new ones have higher panels so grass grows good under them. Then you let the cows in the pasture and they take care of the grass and love the shade from the panels.
