I finally got my depression and anxiety under control, I feel better, and I’m not ready for another thing that has no real treatment. I already live with chronic pain, and it’s given me severe dysphoria. As if that weren’t bad enough, group therapy seems to be the go-to for BPD, and I feel like it will really help me, but of course, that’s not really an option at the moment. This shirt is cute and I love the color – the red is a deep red wine. However, listen to the reviews and buy at least 2 sizes larger. I usually wear an 8/10 or M, but I like my t-shirts loose. I decided to go with XXL thinking I would shrink it if it was too large, and it fits like a M. If it shrinks it will not fit me well. It’s only supposed to be 5% spandex but it’s very stretchy. However, overall I really like the shirt, and as long as you buy a couple of sizes larger, I recommend.

I was really disappointed after opening this package. All it is is a black T-shirt with some words written on it. There’s nothing fashionable about it. The T-shirt doesn’t even hug curves, Just hang straight down. I ordered a large, because I like a little room in my shirts but this fit me more like a medium. Definitely not impressed by just a black T-shirt

For the price you can’t beat this adorable little tee! I bought it for myself and my classroom aides to wear at school together- we all LOVE it! Very true to size (I’m 5’3, 140lbs and got a medium), super soft fabric with a little stretch to it, and pretty, rich color. Great buy!

I love this shirt. It’s not normal cotton t-shirt material, has a bit of a spandex stretch to it, but with the cotton look and feel. I usually go between small and medium in tops and got a medium for this. It’s a perfect fit. Not tight, not baggy. I followed wash instructions and machine washed it on cold and hung it to dry with no issues. I love the message and the comfort! I saw other reviews that said it was sized way smaller, I didn’t have that experience at all. Very happy with this purchase :)
