So I’ve done a Good Feeling Blacknificent Shirt lot of different things over the past 2 years. I started with keto and IF and then switched to OMAD for a couple of months. That’s how I lost my first 35 lbs. I then switched to calorie counting and continued IF and increased my activity and (slowly) the intensity of my workouts. I tried extended water fast and lost 7 lbs but I pretty much almost died so never doing that again. I currently eat low-carb at 1200 cals per day excluding one cheat day a week. I eat two meals a day (plus 1 cup of coffee and 1 cup of tea a day). I do 10,000 steps a day and kick-boxing 3 times a week. When the gyms reopen here (UK) then I’m going to start lifting. It may just be clickbait but I feel like it gets some people on board and they start to actually see issues like this themselves.
