And they’ll have to be nice/diplomatic about it, too — can’t just tell potential “customers” to “mask up or GTFO”. Yeah honestly even if it’s just a practical decision for them in the long-term (or whatever motivated it)I. I care about the safety of my staff and my customers and regulars. If one of my employees doesn’t feel comfortable with confrontation, I have told them to get my attention immediately. A 16-year-old girl who’s on her first job doesn’t need to be yelled at or scorned for following company policy. I want to do my part to enforce it so we can get back to somewhat normal quicker.
